Did you turn off the light?

I was turning off my house light yesterday starting 8am, haha...but sad to say i dont see many of my neighbour are doing the same thing. Does that mean they dont care? Or they dont know?
But i was happy that my mom is also supporting this program, even though she may not know what or why we do this but at least she wanted to help the world by contributing what she can do. Proud of you mom!
A lots of people may show dont care attitude or they think that how much they can help by just turning off the light for one hour? This is wrong, this is not about 1 hour lights off only, it is an awareness, it is an attitude towards that we care about our earth. We care, that is why we support the program and will continue to contribute by saving the energy in our daily life. For those that dont care, they are really selfish and should be shamed of themselves.

2700 Job Cut :(

Breaking new hot from the oven - Agilent will further cut 2700 job from EMG :(
I really cant accept the fact that in such an economy turnmoil, Management still insist to maintain the 21% ROIC, so selfish :(
If i am the unlucky one to be choosen, I dont think i can find a new job now as i am pregnant. Never mind lor, just take 1 year rest then :)
Life still go on, isnt it? So, be happy!!!

A relaxing day off

Today I was on my usual monthly 2 days off. I persuade JJ to take leave as well so that we can go picnic at Hutan Lipur Bukit Hijau. It is situated at Baling, Kedah. I remember i been there before many years backs with my colleague but when we reached there, i found that this place doesnt seem like the place I have been before per my memory :). Anyway since we had came here, we still continue with our plan. After finding a nice spot to sit down, we started eating our Tom Yam Beehoon, then fruits and then junk food :P
We enjoyed the sounds of the waterfall and the cooling air even though we dint really play with the water. Just laying down and watch the blue sky is already so fantastic! Oh ya, i found that the sky there is more clear and blue compare to sky in Penang, maybe less polution there?
We spent about 2 hours there before we packed up and say good bye to this beautiful water fall...
It is always great getting closer to the mother nature together with our family or friends.

It's going to be 14 weeks..

Most of the time we tends to feel time flies...but during pregnancy, i am sure most of the pregnanct lady will agree with me that "why time passes so slow" :)
Carrying a baby with me is really not an easy task. From the first day i knew i was pregnant, my body has change. I feel cold easily in the very first few weeks, then i start to have slightly morning sickness, but luckily it get improve a lot. But the worst thing is, i dont get the chance to go Gym anymore, as well as playing bowling, i missed it so much.
Then, i got to cancel all my business travel as well, even though some poeple still travelling during pregnancy but i dont think i have that energy lor...i feel tired easily and need to eat very frequently...it is very troublesome to go on business trip. Haha, i wonder what my customers will say if i suddenly paused and told them that I need to eat something while we are in the meeting, hehehe :)
I guess all this in-conveniences has caused the feeling of why the time passes so slow...Somemore i have to worry about lots of things, like how to eat healthy, how to take good care of my body, how to give my baby a good "胎教", how to prevent strecth mark, remember to eat vitamins supplement, remember to eat excel health products, serveying baby stuff to get a good and affordable price, finding confinement lady...and so on...Isn't that big responsibility? :P

Cherry Blossom at Penang??....

This year we are so lucky to see an interesting and pretty view at Bayan Lepas area near to Pantai Hostpital. It looks very similar to Cherry blossom in Japan but it wasn't Cherry tree.
Many poeple went there to take photo and some bring they children as well.

Today i pruposely bring JJ here to admire the nice view but we didnt bring our SLR camera, so I can only took some photo with my handphone camera. :) The weather is good, windy and cloudy but the problem is hard to find a good car park since the tree is planted along the busy road. It will be perfetc if the tree is growth in a park so that people can walk around enjoying the nice view :)

Happy Anniversary - 308

It seems to be very short, but yes, it has been one year since pakatan take our the Penang state.
In this day, many were given their comments on the new government. Giving them makrs, some complainint and some praising them. But i was wondering, why last time during the BN is rulling, no body given them any scored?
For me, i will give the old government 20 marks and the new pakatan government 70 marks. Even though is seems like not a high score for the new government, but just look at the differences compare to the old Govern. score, we should still be happy that we have make the right choice :)

The opposition leaders, which is BN now were of course accusing that new government didnt do much changes, only focus on the publicity, didnt have long term plan, blur blur blur...as usual...
But there is one person that did not say anything bad about new Govern during the interview. He is Tan Sri Dr.Koh, the ex-chief Minister. Instead, he is being humble and admit that during his rulling, his team might have missed out or dint really focus on some issues that they view it as a small issue but otherwise by the poeple. And he pledge that if BN has the chance to rule again, they will improve and they will work extra hard to win back people's heart. Bravo, Dr.Koh..You are a 正人君子:)

Always say YES

A few days ago, i was chatting to an ex-colleague. He tought me what to do during this economy bad time. Always show that you are busy in front of your boss, always say YES, always propose new idea even though we know that we have no budget for most of the new projects. And when the good time come and you are not happy, just say bye bye to your boss. Haha...very interesting isnt it? However this is what people really are doing and i can see it among my colleague. What to do, some colleague has family, kids, wife who are not working and they need the job more than me or you :)
But the funny thing is, my colleague who gave me all this advise, he himself is not this type of person and he wont do all that stuff he mention himself....hahaha...funny isnt it?
Well, i just told him at the end of our conversation that, dont follow others, just be who you are or what you wanted to do, dont force yourself to do something that you will feel shame on in the future. Be happy and stay hardworking as usual.... :)

Our first Puzzle

Out of the suddenly, i felt like i wanted to assmble the puzzle a few months back. So JJ were accompany me looking for a nice puzzle set in many book stores but unfortunately we were not able to find a suitable one. Finally we found one in Toys "R"Us, it was not the scenary picture that i planned to buy but it was a nice photo of a gal with the wings in a midst of flowers.

SO, we started to assemble the puzzle on last sat night until 1.30am without realizing that time could pass so fast. And this is the result after the first time assembly, which i thought is quite good though. We continue our effort of couse on sunday night and still, we were so focus until we

didnt realised that it was 12.30am already in the morning. :) Finally, today i have completed it and here is the photo of it, bravo!

This small little activity of assmble the puzzle make me feel that if we have a clear target or goal in life, we will never fear or feeling tired, instead we will be so focus and enthusiatic working toward that goal. What's more if you have your life partner who are with you moving toward the same goal, that is what make a person's life meaningful. :)

Lousiest after sales service

We bought 2 handphones from a shop in the pacific mal called Jit Sin. I was so regret after buying from him. This is cause by a few things that make me feel so bad about their service.
Firstly, the sale person is not knowlegeable enough on his product. He keep ensuring us that Nokia N81 phone has the navigation feature but ends up when we try it doesnt work. We came back to him and he try to ask his collegaue but was confirmed that it doesnt have that feature. We felt so cheated.
Secondly, he promise that he will save many games for me in my handphone but on that day when we purcahse the phone he dont have it on his PC. so he ask us to come back on the other days. We did came back to him after 1 week or so but he gave me another reason that he cant download it for me, what the hack...kena cheated for the second time.
Thirdly, my husband phone was having problem on its camera feature. He sent it for repair, and my godness, we waited for more than 1.5 month only we get back his phone. Within this period, we kept calling him and asking what is the status but he were not able to provide us an answer. Futhermore he always say wanted to call us back but he never did. :(

I was really really frustrate and through him a word before leaving its counter for the last time - "Your service is really the "BEST" I never experience%*&#$" in front of his customers :)

So friend, pls dont go to this Jit Sin handphone shop to buy anything at all, plz....
