A good friend of mine was married yesterday and most of our schoolmate attended her wedding dinner. I still remeber about a year ago, she was talking to me through phone when i was in Hong Kong on a business trip, as she was still wondering if to accept this guy as her boy fren or not....but guess what, now they are married :) I am really happy for her.
I guess we would never know if the partner that we choose will be last forever but just be brave to step out the first step and continue the effort in developing a happy marriage.
Most of the single fren i notice, they are either not sure what they want when come to choosing a partners or they have set too high of the expectation. For those who set too high expecatation, i think they should lower down their expectation, as you yourself is not perfect, so why request your partner to be near perfect?
As for those who dont want how to choose a partner, my advise is - just follow your heart, if you like him/her and feel very comfortable being with him/her, then should get to know more each other, he/she could be your future partner :)
I wish all my fren will find their true love and live happily ever after.....:)

A Doula...
Since I pregnant, I start to learnt a lot of knowledge about Pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding..etc...
This is another interesting finding today…I never know that there is such a job called Doula : A doula is an assistant who provides various forms of non-medical support (physical, emotional and informed choice) in the childbirth process. Based on a particular doula's training and background, the doula may offer support during prenatal care, during childbirth and/or during the postpartum period
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16uFf02NYb4
There is really so much knowledge to learn starting from you planning to get pregnancy until you give birth and it continue with all sort of things you need to know in order to take good care of your baby... hmm...I was thinking, maybe it should become an elective subject to study at the secondary school...:)

10 Things Happy Couples Do
Hey couples sekalian, Check this out!
1 0 Things Happy Couples Do >By Mark Goulston, M.D.
Happy couples know that the real relationship begins when the honeymoon isover. They know that unless you maintain the garden of love, its beauty will wither and die. In a recent column, you discovered the 10 relationship mistakes to avoid. Now discover the 10 things that happy couples do:
1. Go to bed at the same time. Remember the beginning of your relationship, when you couldn't wait to go to bed with each other to make love? Happy couples resist the temptation to go to bed at different times. They go to bed at the same time, even if one partner wakes up later to dothings while their partner sleeps.
2. Cultivate common interests. After the passion settles down, it's common to realize that you have few interests in common. But don't minimize the importance of activities you can do together that you both enjoy. If common interests are not present, happy couples develop them. At the sametime, be sure to cultivate interests of your own; this will make you more interesting to your mate and prevent you from appearing too dependent.
3. Walk hand in hand or side by side.Rather than one partner lagging or dragging behind the other, happy couples walk comfortably hand in hand or side by side. They know it's more important to be with their partner than to see the sights along the way.
4. Make trust and forgiveness your default mode. If and when they have a disagreement or argument, and if they can't resolve it, happy couples default to trusting and forgiving rather than distrusting and begrudging.
5. Focus more on what your partner does right than what he or she does wrong. If you look for things your partner does wrong, you can always find something. If you look for what he or she does right, you can always find something, too. It all depends on what you want to look for. Happy couplesaccentuate the positive.
6. Hug each other as soon as you see each other after work. Our skin has a memory of "good touch" (loved), "bad touch" (abused) and "no touch" (neglected). Couples who say hello with a hug keep their skin bathed inthe "good touch," which can inoculate your spirit against anonymity in the world.
7. Say "I love you" and "Have a good day" every morning. This is a great way to buy some patience and tolerance as each partner sets out each dayto battle traffic jams, long lines and other annoyances.
8. Say "Good night" every night, regardless of how you feel. This tells your partner that, regardless of how upset you are with him or her, youstill want to be in the relationship. It says that what you and yourpartner have is bigger than any single upsetting incident.
9. Do a "weather" check during the day.Call your partner at home or at work to see how his or her day is going. This is a great way to adjustexpectations so that you're more in sync when you connect after work. Forinstance, if your partner is having an awful day, it might be unreasonable to expect him or her to be enthusiastic about something good that happened to you.
10. Be proud to be seen with your partner.Happy couples are pleased to be seen together and are often in some kind of affectionate contact -- handon hand or hand on shoulder or knee or back of neck. They are not showingoff but rather just saying that they belong with each other.
....and my colleague added the 11th thing, which is - "You say it best when you say nothing at all "- It's a guy colleague who said that of course :)

First H1N1 Flu in Malaysia
Today Malaysia Gov reported that we have the very first case of H1N1 flu case. This 21 years old boy just came back from US. As such, Gov has quarantine his family as well as asking those people who are in the same flight with him to contact Gov.
I really hope that it doesnt get spread out futher. Luckily it seems like this H1N1 flu is not as serious as the previous SARS virus. I guess the most important thing is to keep our body stay as fit as possible by maintaing a strong immune system. None of the medecine in this world is more powerful than our own healthy and strong immune system. They are our soldiers to fight agains bacteria and viruses. Healthy&balance diet, regular exercise and good emotional are the keys to strong immune system. For me, as much as i try to obtain a healthy and balance diet, sometime it is too hard to keep it up as we like to eat good food :) so the best alternative for me to get natural and balance diet is from e.excel products...IF you interested, do take a look on below website :

Found new restaurant for good food :)
Today my colleague bring us to his favorite place for lunch. It is called Hot Bowl, at lorong abu siti. We ordered quite a number of foods and it all taste good, but the best is its "steam chicken"- "Pat zam gai". The chicken is so soft and taste good. The second most famous dish, i guess is the white Curry Mee. Really lemak and it has a good smell too. Putting in some chilis make it more spicy and less coconut milk taste.
Next is the steam Otak-otak. It melts in your mouth with a little spicy and curry leaf taste. It was really good :)
However the "tu kar chor" is not the best i had tried before. I think it has not enough ginger taste and the meat is not as soft. Maybe i will give it 3 stars. (5 stars is the full mark).
Also the "chai bui" is so so only, not the best that i had tried.
Anyway, overall i gave it 4.5stars and i will strongly recomend this restaurant to my friends :)

Hurray, democracy!!!
I just saw the news about the decision made by the federal court on the Perak issue and I felt so great about it! Bravo!!! Nizar is still the Chief Minister of Perak.
But of course PM had quickly mention that BN will appeal to the court and i guess this issue will not be resolved so soon.
Anyhow, hope this is the very first step towards Malaysia's true democracy! 加油!!!

Happy Mother's Day
This year we celebrate Mother's Day a bit differently by having lunch at home and we cook for mum instead of eating out. Not really because of economy slowdown but mainly due to my father is not that convenience to walk. 2 main cook for today is me and my sister-in-law. Haha, but actually i only prepare my favorite dish-Tomyam BeeHoon and i bought Pizza Hut as mum like it. My sister-in-law is a better cook than me, she cooked poh pian, jelly and "Tong Sui" as well as bought a Hazelnut coffee cake. Although it seem not much variety but it is more than enough for 8 of us. First time i hear JJ say enough and reject to take the jelly anymore, haha...he seldom say no to food :P
We had enjoyed a great moment eating lunch together at home but the most important thing is not about celebrating Mother's Day but to love our mom and treat her well every single day :)

Trip to Bukit Bendera
Bukit Bendera? Sound strange isn't it? What is up there to visit? Actually is really nothing lor, but since we don't want to go shopping every weekend, so we decided to do something different.
Since it was Sunday, quite a lot of people visiting bukit bendera, so the cable car was quite packed. I am a bit disappointed that no kind people to offer me her/his seat, so i have to stand in the cable car on both the up and down journey. Quite uncomfortable actually :(
Luckily the weather is not so hot up there, some times when the wind blown, it feel cozy. So happend there was a show during that the time we visited. It was the show of the King cobra and some other snake. It was very intersting though as the man can kiss the cobra many times as if it is so simple. After the show, audience can take photo with the snake. That person sure not me lar, i never have such courage to do this type of thing one, lizard already can drive me crazy, dont even talk about snake , hehehe :)
Actually there is really not much thing to see at the bukit bendera, but i just curious why they built a big mosque and now building a big indian temple there. During those religious festival day, the cable car sure cannot cope for the heavy traffic flow,so what for built such a big temple there??? Well, this world is like that, a lot of things cannot be explained in a logical way :)

Back from holiday
I always enjoyed my holiday cause no need to work :)
I took 2 days off, so total i got 5 days holiday including the May 1st public holiday. Me and JJ went down to Muar vising my sister and then to KL. The whole journey was about good food, kekeke....First at Muar, i eat the famous otak otak, really damn good compare to penang (hard to find in penang but still can find lar). At night, my brother-in-law bring us to a decent restaurant for good food again. I like their steam fish with "chai por", seldom have this method of cocking here. Their sambal petai with prawn also very delicious.
On the next day, we went to Melaka for famous chicken rice ball and the durian cendol. Fuyoh, the durian cendol is really yummy, of course if you like durian lar, if not you may not find it delicious.

*Photo of me and my sister's family at Melaka
The following day, we continue our journey to KL. Thanks to Sean, we had tried the famous Ampang Yong Tau Fu, the fish ball is very fresh and nice, no wonder some of the KL people dont like Penang Yong Tau Fu, it is really far different standard :)
We also go to Jalan Yew to try it famous Heun Kee Claypot chicken rice. Again, it never dissapointed us. The rice smell so good with the salted fish in it. I never tried such a tasty claypot chicken rice in Penang before, or maybe just that i havent found one here.
Last but not least, i had finally tried the Krispy Kreme donut. Wow, it is much better than Big Apple donut although i use to thought that big apple donut is already so good. The Krispy Kreme is very soft and yet very compact inside. However, really cant eat much cause it is really too sweet d. No wonder US peoeple get fat so easily, if they take this as their breakfast :)
The disadvantages are - long hours journey is a bit tiring and i had gain lots of weight :(
