驷马昭之心，路人皆知

It has just been anounced of the launched of ASM1Malaysia and also a good news for 1st year local Uni students. They are entitled to recieve 100 free units of ASMoneM. But then why and what is the purpose for Gov to give these free units to 1st year student only?
Remember, they are the group of poeple that will become the new voters in the next election :)

Well, all of the sudden the answer become obvious, isnt it? :)

Nice Farewell Gift

Today we went to Midzi Restaurant at New World Park to have farewell lunch with our colleague. I had the London fish and cheap, quite nice but then the portion is so big that i have to give away 2 pieces of my fish to my other colleagues :P but the free-flow aiscream is not good though.
Anyway, the key thing i wanna share here is that we get her a very nice and sweet cupcakes. It has a doll wearing Nike cap, shirt and shoes...haha cause she love Nike stuff...

My baby name coming out soon

It was so difficult to select a good name for my baby. The reason could be because i dont have special preference towards a specific name. But finally i have fix the middle name - Khai 凯 which mean the victory. So the next thing i just need to match the final word and make it sound nice in both mandarin and Malay. I have gave up on following those naming calcualtion rules recomemnd by those books...it was so difficult...:(
Friends start to ask me if i feel nervous or not cause my due date is only 2 more months...Well, hehe...i dont really feel nervous but hope that this day will come fast cuase carrying her in my big stomach is really no easy :)..now start to feel back pain and cant walk or stand too long, plus cant sleep well at night, so i do hope that the day come faster...hehe :)

Btw pls give me ur opinion whcih of the following name sound better/nicer to you and why :)

Darkness is everywhere

The recent incident of beng hock has shocked the whole Malaysia. Many of us show concern on this issue. We start to wonder if justice is here in Malaysia? Even though all this while I believe that the world is unfair but sometimes when things doesnt really happen in front of me, i tends to be ignorance. There is really nothing we can do, can we?
Even in company, we can see many unjustice and politic things happens again and again...but there is nothing we can do to change the situation. I see many have left the company because they had dissapointed. This is sad but we have to admit that this is the real world that we live it.

BUT one thing for sure, i can avoid myself from joining the dark side...

Good managers solved problems, Lousy managers avoid solving problems...

After so many year working in the factory, i had sort of understand normally how the managers will react or work on certain issues. There is good managers and lousy managers. Of course good managers are hard to find or maybe i am so unlucky that i always meet with lousy managers.
There is a huge percentage of managers are classified as lousy managers in my company.
You may ask me why i say they are lousy managers? what did they do wrong??? Well, that is the problem, they dint do anything wrong, the only thing which is wrong is because they try to keep quiet and do nothing...trying to avoid solving the problem once and for all.
IF you cant understand what i mean, congratulation, that means you havent meet a lousy manager yet :)

Another good learning

Yesterday i had did something stupid. I blown the fuse :( I wanted to unplug the 2 pin plug from the 3 pin outlet but i forgot to turn off the power and somehow it got shorted and there is spark. My goodness, whole house turn into darkness and i was alone :(
Initially i thought well, not a big deal, just go to the main control switch box and turn on the jumped switch, but it ends up that it wasn't as easy as i thought. The main switch was maintain on and there is one "module" of the circuit breaker was off but then i cant turn it on back...hmmm why is it so? Since i am an engineer, i am trying to figure out but then looks like theory might be different from practical. So i start to make call to JJ asking him to come back and at the same time call my father who used to be a wireman. Haha...looks nothing seem to be difficult for the experience guy like him. After he understand the incident, he explain to me that because the 2 pin plug doesn't have gnd, so it will not trip the main switch, then the next thing need to check is the fuse on the main meter. But then we dint have the ohmmeter to check the fuse continuity, well, then my dad say u can just use a testpen to check if there is any current flow..hmm...make sense too :)
So , finally we confirm is the main fuse blown d, and he advise us to call the TNB guy to come and change it. Good thing is the TNB guy took least then .5hour to come and quickly they change the fuse without any charges - good job :)
But, this is not all, we still need to change the bad module and we did it the next day.
It seems to be a bad day but i view it as a good learning for me and JJ even though i feel a little bit ashamed that i as an engineer, dont really now how to fix it initially :)

Just Discharged

I was admitted to hospital on tuesday around 3am. Suspected food posinoning...ar...damn it! Dunno what i had ate wrongly but i just got lunch with my colleague then dinner at my mum's home. So i guess must be the char Koay Teow not clean, may be the clams quar, but the rest of my colleague are fine, so just me back luck.
This is my second time admitted hospital due to food poisoning d but this time i was more worry because i am pregnant. Luckily i recover very fast after doctor's treatment and able to discharge on wednesday afternoon. But the thing i dont like is, i have taken some medicine which i afriad might impact my baby. Even though doctor say the medicine he prescribed is save for the baby but i still think that the best is no need to eat :(
I definetly dont take the paintkiller d but i guess antibiotic still got to finish it all...too bad.
Sorry ya baby, mummy will try to be extremely careful next time.... :)
