Baking cookies for this coming CNY

Chinese New Year is around the corner, it's time to make some chinese cookies! This year since i am not working, i decided to make my favorite CNY cookies. It's main ingredient is butter and cake powder, mixed with sugar, egg and cornflakes. This ingredient was inherited from by my mom but she has not making it for quite some time. We try to bake this again this year but the taste was never the same as last time anymore. We don't know what is the different in the whole process compare to last time. A bit regreted that I didn't recorded down the recipes. Anyway, it still taste yummy! :-) If you would like to try it, just visit me at my house this coming Chinese New Year! :)
