Pass few days, i was craving for Asam Laksa and thought it may worth a try to cook the Asam Fish using the instant asam fish souce that i bought from Malaysia, the Mak Nyonya brand. I first fried the fish fillet, then pour the paste with water and stir it lightly. Then i put in some tomatoes and red onion, but too bad i cant find the mint leaf. Anyway, i was so glad that the taste turn out to be very similar to the asam laksa soup, thanks to the advance food tech, haha...
